Shipping Domestic

Each print is made to order so please allow up to 21 days for your print to be printed, wrapped, and delivered, for urgent order requests please contact info@randycardona.art

All prints are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a protective mailing tube.

Shipping is complementary within the lower 48 states of USA.

Shipping International

Please inquire via email or our Contact page to see if we ship to your location. Shipping and handling times will vary by location. Please allow 14 to 30 days for your international package to be delivered. International orders may also be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, nor are we responsible for covering them.

Tracking number will be provided upon shipment. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder. If you are still unable to find your tracking number, please contact us so we can assist you as soon as possible.

Returns

We accept returns if the product is in new condition and has not been opened. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged to all returns. Any damage that occurs in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. All prints are insured to their full value upon shipment.
